Grand Rapids Brewer Joins National Effort To Support Camp Fire Relief

Founders Brewing Company is proud to support its friends at Sierra Nevada and their efforts to raise money for those impacted by the Camp Fire in California. Today, on #GivingTuesday, Solve client Founders will join hundreds of brewers across the country in brewing Resilience Butte County Proud IPA. All proceeds from the sale of Resilience IPA will go towards those affected by these tragic fires. More than 1,000 generous breweries from across the country have already pledged their support. Solve Hires Aaron Huber As Editor

Aaron Huber has joined Solve as video editor, bringing his filmmaking and video production muscle to the agency. A graduate of IPR with an audio engineering degree nearly a decade ago, Aaron has most recently been running his own small production company called AMH Creative I Visuals, where he’s been shooting and editing short films and business videos. Passionate about filmmaking and creating interesting content, Aaron is equally adept at post-production, sound design and photography. Aaron is also an accomplished musician and songwriter as a former member of bands The Stratic and The Yukon.

“We’re very excited to add Aaron’s many talents to our team,” said Eric Sorensen, Solve Managing Creative Director. “As we increasingly create more and more fast-turn content for our clients, Aaron’s knowledge and experience are a valuable asset,” added Sorensen.

Jarin Simon Joins Solve As Junior Art Director

Solve has hired Jarin Simon as Junior Art Director. Simon joins Solve fresh out of school from Creative Circus in Atlanta with a passion to design, craft and create. Her work has a fresh visual energy and her creativity stretches beyond expected boundaries, coming to life in her paintings and the furniture pieces she crafts. “Love the enthusiasm, breadth and hunger we get from Jarin. We’re super excited to have her join the team,” said Eric Sorensen, Solve Managing Creative Director. When asked about moving from Atlanta to Minneapolis in November, Jarin said, “I’m not coming for the weather.”

Solve Hires Hope Mueller As Account Manager

Hope Mueller has joined Solve as account manager. Previously, she led day-to-day activity on Syngenta and Thrivent at Martin Williams. The Minnesota native was a communications major and gender studies minor at The College of Saint Benedict. An avid traveler, Hope studied at University of College Cork, Ireland and has visited over 15 countries. “Our clients expect a culturally connected partner who can help their business thrive. We look for diverse experience and social awareness in the people we hire,” says Solve Account Director Rachel Madden. “Hope’s experience and worldview make us stronger,” she added.

Mackenzie Heide Joins Solve As Studio Production Designer

Solve has hired Mackenzie Heide, who joins the agency from ICF Olson where she worked in the graphic design department on brands including Amtrak and Smucker’s. The Wisconsin native received a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Passionate about photography and painting during her free time, Mackenzie has illustrated a children’s book and considers herself a visual storyteller. “Mac is a rockstar who brings an unrivaled work ethic and strong eye for design to our team,” says Solve Senior Production Designer, Emily Allison. “We couldn’t be happier to have her on board.”

Indian Motorcycle Print Campaign Honored Among World’s Best

The Indian Motorcycle “Set The Standard” brand print campaign from Solve has been awarded Silver by Graphis, The International Journal of Visual Communications. The Graphis 2019 Advertising Annual presents the best advertising campaigns of the year, selected by judges from hundreds of entries submitted from around the world. The Silver award is the just the latest recognition for the “Set The Standard” campaign, which was also recently featured in the 2018 Communication Arts Design Annual. “We’re extremely flattered to have our work recognized among the very best creative done in the world this past year,” said Sean Smith, Solve Executive Creative Director/Partner.

Patrick Foulks has joined Solve as senior connection strategist, with a resume that spans 8 years on both the agency and client side. Chef Jon Wipfli Brings His Hit BBQ To Agency

If you smelled the aroma of mouth-watering barbeque near Solve last week that’s because the agency hosted Chef Wipfli and the latest offerings from his new food trailer, Animales BBQ. The rising star Chef and cookbook author treated Solve employees to his take on Southern traditions ranging from classic ribs to Texas hot links. Solve decided it was a wonderful way to toast goodbye to the end of summer and summer-like weather, treating the entire agency to a BBQ lunch.

Molly Dukich Joins Solve As Connection Strategist

Solve has hired Molly Dukich, who joins the agency from Adtaxi where she served as digital strategist. With a background that includes digital strategy and implementation, Dukich joins Solve as connection strategist stepping in to help serve the agency’s growing digital demands. Solve Helps Driscoll’s Share Berry Joy

Fresh Produce Leader Rolls Out Basket Of Berries On Wheels

Driscoll’s, the country’s largest produce brand based on dollar sales, tapped Solve to help spread its #BerryTogether message with an experiential activation. Centered on the fact that berries amplify the joy of people being together, the #BerryTogether campaign included social media, OOH, and quite literally, a sampling vehicle – a Driscoll’s Berry Truck. Resembling a giant basket of fresh berries, complete with oversized raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries atop the roof, the Driscoll’s Berry Truck drove through local communities like an ice cream truck dispensing berry parfaits and other sharable berry treats.
