Solve Hires Pat Horn As ECD
Agency Taps CPB, Victors & Spoils, Creature Veteran
Solve has bolstered its senior creative ranks with the addition of Pat Horn, Executive Creative Director. Horn brings experience from some of the industry’s most acclaimed agencies, including Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Victors & Spoils in Boulder, as well as Creature in Seattle.
An art director by trade, Horn’s visual craftsmanship and storytelling ability will play a key role in shaping Solve’s future work. He has contributed to integrated campaigns for a number of ambitiously innovative marketers including Domino’s, Volkswagen, Burger King, Nike, Dish Network and JCPenney. With fluency across traditional, digital, social and emerging platforms, Horn is well-versed in bringing messaging to its most potent consumer touchpoint.
Horn will report to Solve ECD/Partner Sean Smith. Smith and Horn have a long history of working together in the past, including at CPB. “I love Pat’s passion for chasing big ideas and his ability to get there quickly and imaginatively,” said Smith. “Pat will be a tremendous addition to the entire agency, not just the creative department. He’s a collaborator in the purest sense and will inspire everyone here to be better,” added Smith. Horn and his family are relocating from Denver. He’ll officially start at Solve on May 1.
