Overview

Are you a social media guru with a passion for pop culture and a talent for creating content people love? Solve is currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. A successful candidate will have the expertise to drive day-to-day client work, including managing social programs and the creation of social content. A deep understanding of social platforms and curiosity about social trends is a must.

Some of the things you'll do
  • Create social media content that addresses client objectives and aligns with strategy
  • Plan, source, create and publish original, high-quality content on social platforms
  • Assist in management of client social media communities, potentially outside of regular business hours
  • Identify influencers and other key content contributors who align with campaign strategy
  • Assist in gathering metrics for regular progress reports and identification of areas for optimization
  • Develop and maintain a social media content library for clients
  • Assist in research and outline development for long-form content
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in both social and digital spheres
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience with developing social media strategy and community management
  • Experience with social media management platforms and social media listening tools
  • Experience managing accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Proficient at understanding and analyzing data from the insights provided by each of the above social media platforms, and with social data out of third-party platforms
  • Experience writing copy, specifically for blog/website content and social media
  • Hands on experience using social media in creative ways for brand awareness
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal/presentation
