Solve is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who’s capable of designing, selling and implementing content marketing solutions spanning social, owned, earned and paid media to high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid left-brain/right-brain thinker, a self-starting problem solver with strong communication skills, innately curious, and an expert in how people consume media using modern technology.

Some of the things you'll do

The Senior Content Marketing Manager will craft smart solutions to a wide range of digital problems for our clients. You’ll collaborate internally and with other departments to ensure creative and media delivers on the client’s challenge and achieves demonstrable results.

Specific duties include:

  • Design, execute, and report on digital social and content campaigns based on clients’ business objectives
  • Produce creative content (social posts, blog posts, digital ads) alone and collaboratively
  • Be a go-to resource for clients and teammates for questions regarding digital technologies and platform specifics
  • Establish KPIs for campaigns and ladder back to overarching business objectives
  • Identify gaps in strategy and implement solutions wherever possible
  • Draw insights from analytics, digital media and social platform data
  • Provide regular, accurate campaign reporting to internal/client stakeholders
  • Make and oversee implementation of optimization recommendations
  • Manage output, monitor quality and mentor abilities of junior staff
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and agency personnel
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure media and creative deliver against goals
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant client-facing experience in an agency environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of platforms and/or ability to learn new ones, (e.g. native social media platform publishing and ad tools, analytics, Sprout Social)
  • Familiarity with platform analytics; ability to gather observations to fuel insights in service of making work better
  • Comfortable with Excel for analysis and bulk editing work when necessary
  • Strong writer with ability to adapt, learn and follow technical constraints for various platforms (e.g. social posts, paid media, SEO content) and manage content via CMS
  • Finger on the pulse of trends in media and emerging technology
  • Self-starter with the abilities to both follow detailed instructions when needed and self-direct in absence of direction
  • Experience creating, managing, and reporting on digital campaigns in relation to KPIs
  • Can distill complexity into simple, powerful observations and recommendations
  • Authoritative and persuasive presenter, writer and visual communicator
  • Understands how to creatively translate data and numbers into visuals, stories and action
  • Knowledge of what motivates and inspires others beyond data, numbers and charts
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
