You’re a dynamic, creative thinker who can flex both their right-and-left hand sides of their brain, depending on the day and how much coffee you’ve had. Solve is currently seeking a full-time Senior Connection Strategist (Senior Media Planner) with media planning and buying experience across digital and social, as well as traditional media.

Some of the things you'll do
  • You will play a critical role in understanding the changing media landscape and guide internal and external partners on the best media strategies to achieve the client’s goals
  • Be a day-to-day point of contact for clients on everything from status calls to media plan presentations
  • Collaborate with fellow Connection Strategy team members on development of media strategies and plans
  • Show off your storytelling prowess with presentations that bring your media plan to life
  • Manage vendor relationships, including regular vendor meetings to stay up-to-date on current media opportunities
  • Digital, broadcast and radio planning and buying on both a national and local level
  • 3-6 years’ experience developing media plans across both digital and traditional media to meet clients marketing goals
  • The ideal candidate would be familiar with core media measurement tools Nielsen, Simmons and ComScore or equivalents
  • Ability to think strategically and critically, anticipating the output and goals of all projects
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Google and Facebook
  • Experience planning media across full landscape from national to local
  • Insatiably curious and capable of devising and conducting media experiments and tests
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Not intimidated by ambiguity or problems without established best practice solutions
  • Positive, can-do attitude
