The Digital Connection Strategist (Digital Media Planner) assists the Senior Digital Connection Strategist, collaborating with the agency team to articulate and solve key challenges across Solve’s client base with detail-oriented thinking, creative strategies, methodical digital media planning, flawless implementation, and insightful reporting.

Some of the things you'll do
  • Executing plans across predominantly self-service digital media (online video, paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, and organic SEO initiatives) including building out campaigns, implementing buys, budget tracking, and day-to-day maintenance
  • Working with Excel-based bulk editing tools for loading and maintaining digital campaigns at scale
  • Drawing insights from analysis of analytics and paid media data
  • Identifying and evaluating innovative media and planning tools
  • Summarizing and communicating the status of campaigns to internal/client stakeholders
  • Making and implementing recommendations that optimize campaign performance over time
  • Cultivating positive, mutually beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders and outside vendors
  • Building client and agency presentations, activity summaries, performance reports, and competitive spend audits
  • Staying on top of trends to anticipate where innovations in media are taking place and how Solve’s clients can deploy them to their advantage
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital media strategy & planning including paid search and paid social
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Advertising
  • Detail-oriented and organized – multi-tasking might be your middle name
  • Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities
  • Naturally curious, entrepreneurial and self-starting
  • Ability to demonstrate success stories of prior work
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Supermetrics, Google Tag Manager, Moz, or Kantar a plus
