Solve is seeking a Assistant Media Planner (Connection Analyst) with up to two years of experience to assist with planning and buying activities across traditional, digital, and outside-the-box media. We’re looking for a dynamic, creative thinker who can flex both the right and left sides of their brain. The right person is a critical thinker, extremely detail-oriented, and endlessly curious.

Some of the things you'll do

The Connection Analyst works with Connection Strategy team members, collaborating to articulate and solve challenges across the Solve client base with detail-oriented execution, compelling strategy, flawless implementation, and insightful optimization. Specific duties will include:

  • Assisting in the planning process by employing media tools and critical thinking to determine which media will most effectively connect with consumers
  • Executing plans across all media including supporting team members with negotiating, buying, trafficking, spend tracking, day-to-day maintenance, and general campaign optimization
  • Manage vendor relationships, including regular vendor meetings to stay up-to-date on current media opportunities
  • Helping prepare media plans and contributing to data-driven strategic recommendations
  • Preparing regular activity summaries and performance reports
  • Using competitive tracking tools to compile regular reports on our competitors’ ad spend and creative
  • Maintaining accuracy in all reporting, analysis, and communications
  • 1-2 years experience in advertising or related field, media background preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, skilled at prioritizing competing projects to meet deadlines – multi-tasking might be your middle name
  • Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial environment
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Keynote
  • The ideal candidate would be familiar with some or all the following media tools: Kantar/Vivvix (competitive spend tracking), MRI/Simmons, SQAD, Meta Ads Manager, DV360/DCM, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager
