Solve is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Connection Strategy with experience planning media across all fronts.
Some of the things you'll do
- You will lead a Connection Strategy team in the development of media strategies and plans
- Collaborate across all of Solve’s departments to develop a holistic campaign approach, helping bring the agency’s work to life across all media
- Develop go-to-market strategy and lead media planning across a wide variety of media, including broadcast TV, radio, print, OOH, and digital (both national & local)
- Play a critical role in understanding the changing media landscape and guiding internal and external partners on the best media strategies to achieve the client’s goal
- Be the primary point of contact for clients on everything from status calls to media plan presentations
- Author compelling presentations that bring your team’s media plans to life
- Grow and mentor a passionate staff of critical thinkers and doers
- 8-10 years in Media Planning, with experience across all media
- Experience planning and negotiating media across the full landscape from national to local
- Ability to think strategically and critically and do so on the spot
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal/presentation
- Strong track record of mentorship and team management
- Insatiably curious & capable of developing hypotheses, devising tests and carrying them out
- Not intimidated by ambiguity or problems without established best-practice solutions
