Office Manager

Overview

Solve is seeking its next Office Manager. Responsible for keeping our office up-and-running on a daily basis, the ideal candidate will bring high, fast-paced energy to the role. Welcoming clients, vendors and other visitors into the agency, managing the phones, keeping supplies stocked and the overall appearance of the office in order highlight some of the main duties.

In addition, this person will also be involved in arranging travel/tracking expenses, maintaining calendars/scheduling appointments, shipping packages and delivering mail to employees. Solve prides itself on having a fun, creative and collaborative environment, and we’re looking to find someone that can help add to that.
