Prior to founding Solve, John spent 15 years at Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis, most recently as CEO. He helped lead the company from a regional, traditional agency into a branding powerhouse, recognized by Graphis as “one of the world’s top ten creative agencies” and consistently rating among the industry’s “best places to work.”
John has extensive experience centering iconic, global brands and building passionate, loyal followings. During career stops in Boston, Chicago and Detroit, he has worked at agencies including Hal Riney & Partners, NW Ayer and DMB&B. John is a highly sought-after branding spokesperson, giving keynote presentations at AAF, AAAA, ADWEEK and New York Times industry events.
Prior to founding Solve, Hans held creative leadership positions at Fallon Worldwide and Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis. A fresh design perspective, uncompromising visual standard and fluency across media have enabled Hans to bring power and clarity to a roster of premier global brands.
A native of Hamburg, Germany, Hans worked at agencies in Europe before moving to America in 1994. His craftsmanship and ideas have received broad accolades from the advertising community, including Cannes, The One Show and Communication Arts.
Corey has spent nearly 20 years developing go-to-market plans and strategic media programs for a long list of world-class passion brands. Prior to founding Solve, Corey worked for 10 years at Carmichael Lynch where he was Director of Consumer Engagement and a Senior Partner.
In addition to building one of the industry’s most inventive media teams, which tripled in size under his leadership, Corey added the critical core competencies of target development, media research, and performance analytics. This set his group at the forefront of thought leadership on effective marketing and helped agency clients win 10 EFFIEs during his 10 years at the agency.
Eric’s ability to capture and articulate a brand’s voice and spirit has contributed to the success of some of the world’s greatest companies. During his nearly 20-year career, he has continually created powerful work across a broad range of categories.
Before founding Solve, Eric worked as Creative Director at Fallon Worldwide and Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis. In addition to striking a chord with his clients’ audiences, Eric’s multi-platform creative output has been recognized and celebrated by a stable of industry awards, including Cannes, The One Show and Communication Arts.
